Renewals Completed At Jolivet, Thorpe Park, Leeds

JPM have secured renewals for Jolivet’s mixed use scheme at the ever improving Thorpe Park location.

Greggs have committed long term to the scheme which demonstrates the increase in footfall in the location following the development in the immediate facility.  Dr Oetker have also renewed their lease for the immediate term on their 16,174 sq ft regional headquarter office space.

The mixed use scheme also incorporates the award winning Franco’s Italian Restaurant and Living Care Health Care Centre.  The location has an enviable car park ratio compared to other developments in the immediate vicinity and is becoming increasingly more popular to visit and work from since Jolivet acquired in 2016.
