More Lease Renewal Success for Jolivet at Dakota Business Park, Speke

Merseyside Sport through Liverpool City Council has committed to their existing accommodation at Dakota Business Park for a further 3 years following lengthy discussions with JPM.  These negotiations coincided with their next door neighbours, Bridgegate Clothing, also committing for a further 3 years.

Dakota Business Park provides accommodation for the main DVLA driving test centre for the Speke location, the DVLA are committed to the location for 10 years.

Last year, Owl Live, a major PR consultancy, agreed and required to relocate from a small ground floor unit measuring 1,664 square feet into the entire first floor wing measuring 6,325 square feet accommodation.

CBRE and LM6 are marketing the remaining refurbished vacant units at Dakota and will consider a number of alternative uses.
