Jolivet Buys in Deeside again

Guernsey based Jolivet Investments Ltd has bought the 54,000 sq ft Industrial Unit (108 Tenth Avenue) from Comtek Network Systems (UK) Limited by way of sale and leaseback basis.

The purchase compliments the acquisition of the 73,000 sq ft Industrial Unit, 1 Drome Road, Deeside in December 2018, now let to Gwynedd Shipping Limited.

Jolivet are extremely acquisitive for this type of stock and are steadly building up their portfolio of Industrial and office commercial assets, predominently in the North West.

JPM manage both assets on behalf of Jolivet and are working on some further angles at both locations in Deeside to add value.
