Renewal success for Jolivet at Telford Court, Chester

Four occupiers at Telford Court have renewed their leases at Telford Court.  Apec Environmental, BWCS Partnership, Fittleworth Medical and Equilibrium Asset Management Limited have all renewed their leases on a long term basis.

JPM, who have carried out the asset management exercise have also successfully retained Phoenix Health at the Business Park by relocating from a 900 square feet suite to 2,200 square refurbished office suite.

Peter Williams of JPM commented “Retaining the businesses at Telford Court on long term leases re-affirms the opinion that the location is widely suited to businesses from Wirral, Merseyside, North Wales and Chester as a result of its location to the M56 & M53.  We have carried out a comprehensive refurbishment plan of all vacant office space on the park and look forward to announcing some new occupiers shortly”.
