More Lease Renewals completed for Jolivet at Dakota Business Park

JPM have completed 2 long term lease renewals to Liverpool City Council and Bridgegate Clothing at Dakota Business Park, Speke, owned by Jolivet.

Dakota Business Park is very close to Liverpool Airport and occupiers also include the DVLA and OWL Live marketing.

CBRE and LM6 are marketing the refurbished vacant space and will consider alternative uses.
