JPM retains Evolution Business Park, Newcastle-under-Lyme following Jolivet sale

Jolivet has sold it’s freehold interest in the 20 unit Evolution Business Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme to a local investment company.

JPM have been retained by the new owners to manage the business park on their behalf which encompasses all external areas associated with the site.

Peter Williams of JPM commented “We asset managed the estate on behalf of Jolivet, securing many sales of the individual units to businesses, pension funds and high net worth individuals.  It will be exciting to work with the new owners of the business park going forward, they have some interesting plans for the external areas which we will collaborate with”.
