Jolivet sells Morston Point

Following JPM’s proactive Asset Management of Morston Point retail park in Bolton, Jolivet have successfully sold the retail park to a regional investor.

JPM were instrumental in JD Gyms locating to the retail park in quarter 1 of 2019 and securing Euro Car Parts, Screwfix and Bolton Hospice on long term leases.

The retail park was acquired by Jolivet in January 2017.
