JPM wins Quasar mandate for Centrum 4600

JPM Real Estate have been instructed to manage Centrum 4600 Thorpe Park, Leeds. Centrum 4600 is a 22,000 sq ft office, retail & leisure park with major occupiers including Dr Oetker (UK) Limited, Greggs Plc and Franco’s Italian Restaurant.

The investment is to be managed on behalf of Quasar Real Estate Limited.  Peter Williams of JPM commented “JPM are already managing assets in Yorkshire and this is an excellent addition to JPM’s current managed portfolio.  We aim to improve the aesthetics of Centrum 4600 and work with the existing occupiers to ensure the park fulfils their aspirations as Thorpe Park goes from strength to strength”.
