Jolivet goes on the acquisition trail

The Jolivet Group, headed by Simon Storer has acquired Turnstone Business Park, Widnes, Evolution Business Park, Newcastle-under Lyme, Dakota Business Park, Speke and Derwent Mills in Cockermouth from Priority Sites Limited for an undisclosed amount.  Simon Storer commented, “We are continually seeking property asset management angles and these assets are of excellent quality which will compliment our already impressive portfolio.  We will be working hard with these assets in the coming months and are delighted with the acquisition”.  JPM Real Estate Management Limited will manage the assets on behalf of Jolivet.  Please click on the Availability section where further detail can be found on the individual business parks.
