JPM to manage Telford Court, Chester

JPM Real Estate have been instructed to manage Telford Court, Chester Gates,. Chester.  Telford Court is a 45,000 sq ft office park with major occupiers including DHL, BGR Bloomer Limited and Nutriad Limited.  The business park is to be managed on behalf of Quasar Real Estate Limited.  Peter Williams commented “JPM are already managing assets on Orion Park Crewe and The Total Fitness Gym in Willerby, Hull for Quasar.  This is an extremely valued instruction for JPM and we will be working closely with the business parks marketing agents Legat Owen to increase an already impressive occupancy level”.
