New win for JPM at Woodlands

JPM Real Estate have been instructed to manage Woodlands Business Park, Newton Le Willows. Woodlands is an 80,000 sq ft office park with major occupiers including Trader Publishing Ltd, Trader Media Ltd, Nichols PLC, Target Express Parcels Ltd and Miller Homes on behalf of Woodlands Park Limited.  Peter Williams commented “This is a really good win for JPM and we will be working closely with the business parks marketing agents BE Group, Altus Eileen Bilton & JLL to ensure the business park presents impeccably”.
