Jolivet Sells 2 office units at Telford Court, Chester

JPM have assited Jolivet with the sale of 2 units on the ever popular, Telford Court Business Park in Chester.

A  1,700 sq ft office has been sold to a fertility clinic following the successful change of use application.  This follows the sale of a similar sized unit to Holiday Gems last year who are already well established on the Business Park.

Peter Williams, Director at JPM commented “We are seeing existing occupiers, SIPP funds and new business enquiries regarding the possible purchase of individual units at Telford Court which is testiment to the quality of build and location.  We expect to have a further two units into legals in Q1 of 2020”.

All vacant units within the Business Park have undergone tasteful refurbishment are ready for immediate occupation.
