JPM to manage Watson Building, Liverpool

On the back of our recent instruction of Vantage House, Leeds, JPM have now won the mandate to manage the 75,000 sq ft Watson Building in Liverpool.  West Nile Developments Limited have appointed JPM to fully manage the asset on their behalf.  Peter Williams commented “It’s humbling to be appointed on this prestigeous office building within Liverpool’s CPD. We will work tirelessly with the appointed agency teams to achieve full occupancy and provide a first class facilities service, we will hit the ground running”.

JPM are keen to add further assets to their already impressive managed portfolio.
