JPM Retained at Quay Business Centre

JPM Real Estate and Property Management have been retained at Quay Business Centre, Warrington, which recently changed ownership. Having provided a full service provision encompassing estates, finance and FM roles for the last 3 years, including working closely with existing occupiers and achieving the brief to improve the external appearance of the business park JPM have been retained on a similar basis by the new owners.
