JPM Appointed at Bromborough Point

Client Jolivet Investments, a Guernsey based privately owned property and investment company, has acquired a 132,226 sq ft industrial unit on Wirral Business Park and appointed JPM Real Estate and Property Management to manage the property.  The multi let unit, known as Bromborough Point, is home to three tenants – Inspirations Wholesale, Same Day Beers and TWA Logistics.
