System C renews at Quay Business Centre

Acting on behalf of the Bauer Group, JPM have negotiated for System C Healthcare to remain ay Quay Business Centre, Warrington for a further 5 years.  Peter Williams of JPM commented “It is testament to Quay Business Centre’s offering to secure System C for a further 5 years, the location to the motorway network is instrumental.  JPM have already secured new leases for existing occupiers such as Huesker and 21st Telecom at Quay Business Centre and will hopefully be announcing some exciting news soon on a substantial letting to the business park”.
