Following the successful Property & Asset Management instruction for the property formerly known as Brook House last year, JPM have been working hard during the refurbishment programme to ensure the transformation runs smoothly.

Through hard work with the “Manchester Team” delivering the building, the property is now starting to re-invent itself as a premium office and retail/leisure offering.

JPM will continue to manage the property post completion of the works and there is already an extensive list of occupier enquiries.
