Northspring Welcomes Panmure Gordon to 36 Park Row

Panmure Gordon has taken space at Northspring’s 36 Park Row, Leeds.

36 Park Row is managed by JPM and has recently been taken to the next level with a significant capital spend on common areas to include business lounge, gym, showers, refurbished toilet facilities together with a reconfigured touch down reception area.

Peter Williams of JPM said “It is testament to the quality of the refurbishment programme in being able to provide a high class working environment which attracts the higher covenants such as Panmure Gordon. Andy Wilson (Regional Building Manager) has an attention to detail which assists in ensuring that standards remain post refurbishment”.

Further improvements are being planned in Q2 of 2022.
