JPM Positively Manages Quay Business Centre, Warrington

During 2017, JPM has secured lease renewals for major occupiers at Quay Business Centre.  Huesker, System C and Bolton Gates have secured long term leases at Quay Business Centre and I & H Brown, following their contract successes in the northwest have expanded into further space within the business park.

Furthermore, Quay Business Centre has secured 4 new occupiers through JPM and BE Group in the form of LUV Financial, PRS Recruitment, Ideal Recruitment and PH Pipelines.
