A Raft of new Lettings at Wakefield Trade Park, Aintree

Jolivet’s Wakefield Trade Park has undergone a significant face lift resulting in 3 new lettings to the estate.

The Greenbank Project, Tranzparts Limited and Pure Clean (NW) Limited have all occupied units ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,300 square feet.

LM6 acted as agents for the landlord.

Peter Williams from JPM commented,  “There has been significant interest in the units following refurbishment and gated dedicated yard areas.  JPM have also renewed leases on all existing occupiers at Wakefield Trade Park which demonstrates how successful the scheme has been recently.  We have 1 remaining unit left to lease with interest already forthcoming”.
