JPM wins mandate for Investreams Leeds Purchase

JPM have been appointed Managing Agent following Investream’s recent acquisition of grade II-listed Vantage House in Leeds.

The 27,697 sq ft office is fully let to The Secretary of State for Health.

JPM are delighted to be involved in the managing of this prestigious asset and look forward to working with Investream’s team once more to bring the building on to the next stage.

JPM already manage Origin Manchester and Cavendish House, Manchester on behalf of Investream.
