JPM assists Jolivet with 2 Industrial Lettings in Aintree

Following comprehensive refurbishment by JPM of the vacant accommodation at Wakefield Trade Park in Aintree, Jolivet have landed 2 long term lettings at Wakefield Road Trade Park in Aintree.

JPM manage the estate on behalf of Jolivet and have worked closely with agent LM6 in securing lettings to The Greenbank Project and Tranzparts Global Limited on long term leases.

Unit 7 totalling 2,259 sq ft and unit 8 totalling 4,594 sq ft remain available on the estate but there is strong interest which will compliment the tenant mix at the Trade Park.
