JPM assist Jolivet with a 74,000 Sq ft letting in Deeside

Acting with agents Legat Owen and B8RE, JPM procured the letting of the recently acquired 74,000 sq ft industrial unit – Unit 1, Drome Road, Deeside.

JPM’s client, Jolivet has been successful in providing the unit for immediate occupation for Gwynedd Shipping Limited.

Peter Williams of JPM commented “It’s been a real team effort to secure this letting following the recent acquisition by Jolivet.  We are already working closely with Gwynedd Shipping in the handover of the unit and will be on hand to provide continual support for them”.
