Jolivet Purchases 1 Drome Road, Deeside

Jolivet has recently acquired the former Witter Trailers unit in Deeside.

The warehouse facilty measures 73,000 sq ft in approximately 4 acres of land.

The facility lends itself to a number of end users and will shortly be ungoing a significant refurbishment programme.

The unit is very prominent from the nearby A55 arterial route to North Wales.
