Jolivet continues with it’s acquisition trail with the purchase of Brookfield Business Park in Aintree.

The 60,000 square foot industrial park split into 13 units is Jolivet’s second purchase in Aintree in recent months.

The high quality units are available for immediate occupation and compliment Jolivet’s already impressive commercial property portfolio.

Jolivet are delighted with this recent acquisition and will be working closely with their marketing agents to fulfil 100% occupation.

Jolivet have instructed JPM to manage the Business Park on their behalf.
