Gwynedd Shipping renew at Jolivets 74,000 sq ft industrial unit in Deeside

Gwynedd Shipping have renewed their lease on commercial terms at Drome Road, Deeside.

In these difficult times, both parties took a pragmatic approach to the renewal.  Simon Storer of the Jolivet Group commented, “We have worked with Gwynedd Shipping since they took occupation of the unit early last year.  The space obviously works for Gwynedd and we have successfully renewed their lease for the immediate future.  We are encountering difficult times and it is good to see Gwynedd and Jolivet working together in negotiating the renewal swiftly and amicably – we look forward to working with Gwynedd in the future and building up a good working relationship”.
