JPM Real Estate Management Limited, based in Warrington, is pleased to announce they have just won a prestigeous mandate to develop a new brand in their rapidly expanding organisation. They will work alongside a Fund to strategically acquire suitable accommodation for people in Assisted and Supported Living within specific geographical locations accross England.
The Fund look to partner with Housing Associations and Care Providers who have a need for finance in this sector.
JPM’s role will be to assist in all pre-acquisition due diligence, site finding, rent collections, monitoring of property adaptations and generally act as a conduit between the Fund, Housing Associations and Care Providers.
The Fund will also look to be involved in the development of new build accommodation.
JPM will be very hands on to ensure there is a full understanding of the sector and its requirements.
