ACTIONS AND OUTCOME

• Implement on intellectual Building Management System within the building which reduced energy consumption by 22% in Year 1. • Re-branded the building with tasteful external signage. • Encouraged occupier interaction to the processes of the building and installed communal shower facilities. • Successfully secured a long term lease of 8000 sq ft within 12 months of introducing and implementing initiatives.
